I will be the first one to tell you that I am fat. I am obese according to this, but it does not take into accound muscle which weighs more than fat. My legs are very strong, and very thick with mostly muscle. I am not saying that I am not fat, because I am and I need to lose around 30 pounds. But I will never be under 200 pounds because of the way I am built. I would have to lose a lot of fat and lose a lot of muscle too, and I really am not wanting to become weaker to lose weight.
