This was a dirty game IMO. There were a lot of cheap fouls by both teams leading to the game getting a little out of hand. Rose Hill gets back on track with the win. Lewis continues to struggle and it doesn't get any easier this Friday.

I'd love to see an upset but not Friday. Elliott scores early and often in this one. I just hope Lewis Co. uses this as a learning experience and can improve their turnovers. Elliott by 36.

I'm not trying to argue with you, another year of JV would have been good for him, but you hate to risk something (injury) happening and it keeping him from being able to play the rest of the year.

I understand, but I've always been under the impression that if you start JV you aren't allowed to start varsity. You could bring him off the bench after the first wissle but wouldn't Maynard (who would probably start insted) lose confidence? Maybe this isn't a true rule, but what I've always heard.

Ok, sorry, I remember watching him in the region more then anything. I think EC would be a completly different team without him. They are a very good shooting team anyways but he just helps them there. And on defense, he is a good shot blocker in the middle. There defensive pressure creates a lot of problems, but he is big in the half court defense.

Timmy Knipp hardly played any JV ball. He was the sixth man for this team last year in the 8th grade. He has had to mature very quickly compared to others his age. He's handle his own pretty well in the couple of games I've seen this year.

They're still going to have to play better to compete for the region. Sure, they got a big win but it was against a struggling Lewis Co. team. Other teams will and have been able to match up with them better. 32 (name?) stepped up a little and scored for Rose Hill. They will need more of that because Euton and Jackson can't do it all. Both of them put up 20+ if I were guessing.

Yeah, I think he has been considered a project for the past couple years at Rose Hill. He's got good size, shame he couldnt be somewhere they could develop him and him not have to follow in his brothers and Eutons shadow.

What is the current state ranking of both teams?

Supposedly Louisville scouts were at the game Saturday against Bishop Brossart and then NKU scouts were at game Sunday against Montgomery Co. NKU would be a good fit for Setty. Best of Luck.

Lewis's best matchup for Euton will be Enix who is only 6 foot but jumps out of the gym. Lykins for Lewis will probably match up against Jackson. He is only 5'8" but very quick and physical. I see Lewis double and triple teaming both boys and trying to make others beat them. Still will be very difficult for them to match up. Rose Hill 62 Lewis Co. 57

Is there another Jackson that plays for Rose Hill (besides Chad)? Last year he seemed to have good size didnt do a lot.

The game is starting to become very physical. Mason is really struggling to knock down shots.

Too long to tell. They probably have the biggest upside in the state but crazy things happen in between the lines.

I think I heard where Raceland was 17 for 29 from the line. And Lewis Co. has had shooting problems all year long. In there 11 loses, I would guess they have shot better then 30% in 1 or 2 of those. I havent seen Greenup and Russell play, but from what I have heard about them, Lewis and Raceland should play in the 63rd district title game unless they draw each other. Buth then again, anything can happen on any given night.
