Cox threw the ball well. Slone, Oaks, and Snyder ran the ball well. Defensive line did an awesome job. Ogden had 3 interceptions. Their kickers are terrible.

Does any one know of any try outs in Northern Ky. for girls 12u?

I heard Tyree and Kevin Webster are 2 two names that keep coming up. We don't have a Principle either.

He is still coaching basketball but not baseball. Asst. coach Logan resigned as well. They will be missed. They are good coaches.

I will try to get some e-mail or phone numbers for you. We had a tough time finding a try-out since we didn't know anyone in N. Ky. or Lou or Lex or don't get a paper from there.

I saw him play today. He's an awesome player.

Michael Ogden, Owen Co. should be joining this week

Jr. LHP-OF Michael Ogden from Owen Co. was selected from the 8th region.

Michael Ogden threw a 1-hit shut out over Carroll Co. as Owen Co. bats finally woke upafter being dead for 2 weeks. Ogden, Neely, and Gambel had 3-hits each. Gambel had 5 RBI's OToole had 3 RBI's Ogden and Harris both hit solo HR's.

It was absolutely NOT intentional.

Neely's hitting .375 with 10 steals for Owen Co.

Lenear struck out 19 batters for Owen Co, pitching all 9 innings. Kirk pitched great for Walton as well.

I believe the ump held a grudge from last year. The head coach tried to defend his player, and there was nothing going on between the player and umpire until he told him to shut up. You are right, it is hard to imagine how this happened.

It was a scout from the Seattle Mariners, The pitcher has already signed D-1.

I think the scout left after 5 innings. In other games this pitcher would make gestures and sulk over a call, but not this time.

When the inning started it was 7-0, they scored 2 runs on a dink hit that the centerfielder dove for, which upset him I'm sure, but he never stomped around or hit his glove he just pitched. The centerfielder came in to pitch and threw 2 strikes to end the game. I know how kids blow up and sulk while pitching, but this wasn't the case this time.
