Martin is a kid that's a high d1 pitcher and a low draft pick. Why hurt his arm after throwing 80 pitches 2 days ago??? You all are crazy for thinking he was going to pitch!!

It's sad that an incorrect call is the cause of 6 seniors high school baseball careers being ended. Hunter Hill in no way moved into the pitch.

Marin threw 80 pitches Monday. I don't know any pitcher that could have thrown off of 2 days rest.

That's the worst call I've ever seen.

Chase Mullins had to of balked when Paul stole home. He was in the wind up when as soon as he brought his right foot back and started his motion Paul took off and the next thing I knew Mullins was off the rubber. Either way Jones scored but a huge missed call. Great game to watch and excellent coaching by Mac Whitaker.

IMO Jordan Martin is the best player in the region. Batting .479 going into tonight's game with 15 doubles, 3 home runs, and 46 RBI's to go along with an 9-1 pitching record with a era of around 1.5.

Martin threw 5 innings, walked 3, gave up 2 hits and recorded 8 strike outs. Looked as if he was popping the mit pretty good last night also.

Rumor has it Kendall will be starting against Bourbon and will have Martin if they make the championship. Justin Nutter and John King have been their other main starters.

I think your mistaken. Kendall stays around 83-84, he's a phenomenal pitcher that doesn't get enough credit because he pitches behind Martin.

Unless bracken upsets bourbon I think Martin would throw the semis

Martin will not pitch for Harrison against Scott, it's not logical for him to pitch against them. I think Kendall will, who Scott won't be able to catch up to either.

Harrison will beat Scott easily, when they played in the regular season Harrison hit awful and Scott was limited to 2 hits for the game.

Martin did not throw against Clark, Kendall did. Martin got his first loss of the year last night against Newport Catholic, he's now 7-1.

It is the second week of games. These kids haven't had any practice time, they will be fine.

Martin threw 111 pitches and the pitch count was based solely on how his arm felt. If Scott can't beat Harrison when they play that poorly I wouldn't expect them to beat them any other time.

I would put Scott behing Harrison and Brossart in the region, IMO

Jordan Martin was dominant on the mound for the breds tonight. I'm not sure how many strike outs he had but it was a bunch. Great showing from Scott high!

Mark Taylor got his first ever varsity start tonight for Harrison, he's a freshman.
