Congrats!!!! -
If it who I think, then he has already had a big hand in helping Walton build the team they currently have.
-
Maybe Time and Score can get us some details. They seem to be pretty close to the program
-
Wainscott would make every team in the 8th Region better if she were to switch teams. Blevins would make a handful of them better. That's the difference.
-
Gallatin at Gallatin is interesting now they are all healthy. Walton cannot overlook them.

Didn't one of the coaches coach a middle school team at Walton? -

Yes they have, but Slavey, Sandlin and Taulbee were not in the Walton school district when they began playing ball for the same team. Call it what you want in Walton's World, but those of us that don't wear the blue shaded glasses know what it is. -

I think I said Dixon would still be a very good player. Please go back and read my post. She would still be one of the top players in the region. No jealousy. I, along with a lot of people outside Walton's little world just know how they got where they are. -

So Taulbee, Slavey and Sandlin was part of that feeder program? Seems like most that were in that feeder program are no longer on Walton's team. Pretty much the answer I was expecting from a Walton fan. I am sure Sullivan does deserve some of the credit in what he has done to help Walton athletics. -

Might be a deadhorse, but most know that the only way Walton became good is the influx of players that have transferred into Walton for whatever reason anyone wants to say. If not for that, they would be average at best. Dixon would still be a very good player, but not having guards that can shoot the ball or another big that handles the ball well to feed her the ball would make her points harder to come by. -

Sad to see the outstanding careers of West and Wilhoit end. They were a intregal part to the Lady Demons for many years and be greatly missed. Also great job to fellow senior Haley Rothwell. They are great young ladies and will successful in all they do. -

Did Judy and Sandlin play? They are very good in the post also, especially against a much smaller Carroll Co. team. -
Cheeseman has been playing really well as of late.

Nice win. Any details on the game. -
This is what happens when parents help build the team thru AAU, summer teams, etc.... Everyone wants what is best for their child. It happens everywhere, but is just more visible at Walton. Coach Miller has done an outstanding job there. I am sure he is better than previous coaches.
-
Wow!!!! Any stats?

Final on Williamstown's senior Night. Seniors Chelsea west led with 19, Tori Wilhoit had 13 and Haley Rothwell chipped in with 6. Congrats to 3 fine young ladies. On a side note. Coach Wilhoit was very emotional during the senior night activities. Guess grown men do cry!!

Back to the post. Heck of a comeback by Danville. That's why you play 32 minutes.
-
Parents are going to do what they feel is best for their kids both athletically and academically. Can't fault them for that.
-
I guess they shouldn't be. Most attend Walton after starting somewhere else, but most of them never moved. Taulbee may be the exception.
-
Slavey should be at Simon Kenton, Taulbee should be at Connor, Sandlin should be at Williamstown and I think Ginn should be a Ryle. Ginn's family went to Walton, so I may be wrong on her.
