Mason County 73 Scott 63
Scott held the lead all but the last minute or so of the 1st half. They built up a 30-22 lead in the 2nd quarter, Mason County battled back to take a 3 point at the half and slowly pulled away in the 2nd half. Setty 31 Black 25 Haines 27, Smith 20 for Scott. My apologies if Haines name is spelled wrong. Scott 2-1 Mason County 2-0 Danny Weddle posted a stat in his blog today, since the start of the 2000 season, Mason County is now 158-11 against 10th Region teams.

Mason County 67 Pendleton County 42
As I said in my first post, he hurt his knee again in the football playoff game last month. It was reported the other day that Neal is doing great and he is on schedule to start some light running around in around 4 weeks, "should" be back to playing mid the middle or end of January. No surprise that last year on January 26th, the Royals started a 12 game winning streak that didn't end until the loss to the eventual state champs Shelby Valley Saturday morning at Rupp. Pawsat, Harris, Black all missed time due to injuries. Goodness willing Neal will be the only one that misses any significant time this year.

Yep, I was at that game it was Miller's Senior year I believe. I think there was bad weather and there was that free ticket offer and maybe buses to get the kids to the game and home safely. It was quite the environment that night.
