The final score does not do the Mustangs justice. Brossart led 28-0 at half. Scored on their first posession of the 3rd quarter to make it 35-0 starting the running clock. Scott scored on a pick six against varsity and scored a touchdown against Brossart jv's to make the score after 48 minutes 35-14. They then played two 8 minute running clock quarters for the jv's. They let the score on the board and Scott scored 3 more touchdowns and went for 2 and got on the last score to make it 36-35. Scott won on the scoreboard but Brossart dominated the varsity competition.

Bishop Brossart became a member of the 10th region for the 1996-1997 season. Prior to that they were in the 9th region, district 36 with Campbell Co., Highlands, Scott and Silver Grove. We were not in the same district with NCC. If we were ever in the same district Newcath it was a long, long time ago.

ftbigbird you are completely clueless with your posts about Brossart football.BBsports has got it right.

Great win for the lady 'stangs. Coach Feldman and his staff are doing a great job. I hope they have an extended stay in Frankfort next week.

The gym actually can seat about 700. So impartial stop

Brossart (12-6) has won 6 out of their last 7 games. West Carter (15-5) has won 11 out of their last 12 games. Any Thoughts?

Did Slater get many attempts against Walton? He sure was the difference against Brossart. Mustangs cannot shoot themselves in the foot with penalties. I believe they will tighten up the run defense. Two regulars on defense who did not play against Bellevue should be back this week. Because of the kicking game I'll say Mustangs by a field goal, 24 - 21.

I bet all the critics of Brossart"s schedule do not have a clue about some of the athletes that both Betsy Lane and especially Eminence have on their team. Both won handily tonight. But they probably did not play anyone tonight either.

If Mustangs defense can once again hold their opponent to 2 touchdowns or less I like our chances. They also cannot have a sloppy second half with numerous penalties. On offense the play calling has been outstanding, a good combination of run and pass. Will a win over Bellevue end all the nonsense about the schedule? I hope so. Brossart 24, Bellevue 14.

Mustangs defense has had 0 points scored on them in the second half this year. Ludlow has not scored over 20 points in any game yet this year. What happened last year was last year. Brossart wins 28 - 14

Andrew Guidugli had touchdown runs of 10, 13 and 25 yards Luke Dischar 55 yard interception return for a touchdown Ryan Enzweiler scored on 11 yard pass from Orth Defense played well only gave up 12 points. Only big play for Betsy Layne was a 65 yard kick- off return for a touchdown

Final from Betsy Layne
