I definately agree with what you say they depend on Bird way too much and Trimble will not try something different with their offensive schemes. Henry's Rahm, Parrish, Miracle, Dunaway, and McClanahan also play both sides of the ball and special teams, so Birds not the only one.

It takes longer than a week to get someone in shape. I still think that Henry's strong D will be able to take Bird off of his game a little bit.

I have heard that Henry has been practicing in the heat and when the index is over they will be in the gym or wait until it the heat goes down below the index just one degree. I agree 'ol #70 Trimble does depend on Bird too much, he will not have fun Friday Night with Henry's hard nose defense.

Henry wins 28-10. Of what I saw at the Ludlow game Trimble can be a good team at times so they have some work to do. If it was not the 2nd week of the season Trimble could probably pull it off but not now.

The Cats need to be strong in the post because they lost their post in the graduated class last year.

The way the region looks, is that Oldham will repeat and Anderson will be the next to best team. Oldham will challenge for the regional title.

Penny has great talent he made some shots tha i dont think many high school kids would make. It seems to me that when he is a Senior that he would have a run at Mr. Basketball only if he gets better. Anderson has a very young team and will be dangerous in the future.

I agree insider Shelby plays much beter wihout him he was just a virus and the worst was that it could have spread and they got rid of him before he spread.

yes all three are fine players but i think that everyone is overlooking the three or five players for Oldham County: Dunlap, Koble, Payne, and Finch. Dunlap is a really good ball handler but is young and will be better. Koble is a great passer. Payne cleans up the boards and gets put-backs, then you have Finch which for his first and only year playing is one of the best players on the team he can rebound and score, he plays the 3,4, and 5 spots.

The team that has the best shot is probably the Oldham County Colonels with Gary Forrest as the coach anything can happen with that team. Besides the loss to Anderson in the District finals Shelby was the hottest team along with Gallatin so im looking forward to the match up in the open round.

who cares about the rankings its the postseason now and anyone can do anything, if your hot then your hot. The rankings go by the records and how they have done to go by who wins the regions is who has the best team at the right time and who has come together as that team.
