This will be a great game in Taylorsville with the #1 seed on the line for the Wildcats and Spencer coming off a good win over Gallatin Co.
Henry Co. by 1 TD.
The Eminence facilities are not very good, the football field is the baseball fields outfield. There is not a whole lot of room to watch the game from the stands so you have got to stand along the fence line.
Yes defense will be the determining factor, with the wildcat secondary lead by Rahm and with the strong middle linebacker in Butler there will be few break out long distance runs by Eminence and their passing game will be hurting also.
In the last few games the wildcats have opened up the passing and running game so that will help take pressure off the line, im sure that cats will be hitting the sled this week.
All that Eminence has is 2 or 3 with speed. They do not have a very good pass defense and that is all Henry does with exceptions of a coulpe of runs by their running back. What toughness does Eminence have? Henry has a young line that has help up pretty good for a bunch of underclassmen.
They would have to be Berry, Durrett, and Hedges. Berry is a great reciever, Durrett is a strong and quick RB, and Hedges is the QB that can run and throw well. Gallatin has a great all around team who work together, as for Eminence they rely on on just those 3 or 4 players.
I have not got to see how North has played but I think the Wildcats should win this game after coming after the tough loss to Pendleton Co. I heard the Wildcats Qb may be ready by Monday.
The Henry Co. Qb Hayden Yancey injured his elbow and I do not know the extent of the injury but all I know is that he could barely grip the football last night on the sideline.
