  1. Sound's like both are outstanding sportsmen.
  2. When you shoot as well as Ferguson does, and can get open as well as he does you should take a lot of shot's. I know what you are insinuating and he is not that type of player. He averages three assist per game. Someone has to score regardless of who it is. Should get the fact's before you post. He had 1/3 of his team's shot's. According to radio he shot 46% from three and 42% overall. I don't know about you but I definately would want him shooting a lot if he were on my team. Not only that If you are forcing a lot(every player forces some) of shot's you will not shoot those kind of %'s. Have a nice day!
  3. Great shooter!! You would think that any coach would need a few of those. Same as he needs some great defender's, great rebounder's, great point guard's etc.
  4. I seriously doubt you have ever saw him play. I have watched close to 40 years of basketball and Ferguson is a legit player. Only thing he has going against him is his height. 6'2" which is not all that bad considering how athletic he is.
  5. 10. Ethan Faulkner 11. Evan Faulkner
  6. I doubt Elliott's fan's will even come close to matching the number Mason will have.
  7. If your speaking of Ferguson, I have followed him for two or three years and yes he has bad games like everyone but he puts up big numbers against good competition especially of the summer against some really tough comp. He had 29 against Cov. Cath and Grimes who is supposed to be a great defender said he was one of the toughest he ever guarded. He may not score 5 against Mason. Who know's? I do however know he is a legit player lacking only in height.
  8. So another word's if you lift the pivot foot and stand like a stork(without shooting or passing) it is a walk. Regardless if it is in the rule book or not, it is called for a walk 99% of the time.
  9. Congratulations to Jonathan, Elliott, and all the other hard working kid's out there.
  10. Elliott beat Bath 99-55 at Home with Hicks holding the ball for the last 2 minutes of the game. If they play again I dont think Mays with have much sympathy for Bath this time. Elliott beat Raceland at East Carter 90-58 with Raceland playing there best half of basketball and hitting 8-11 3 pointers in the first half and was still down 9 points. The only chance Rose Hill has is to slow the game down and keep it in the 40's and that wont happen.

  12. IMO You have to earn your right to dress Varsity. He shouldnt just dress somebody to keep from running up the score on another team.
  13. Covington Catholic should be ranked higher then #9. Other than that is looks pretty good.
  14. I would watch paint dry before I went to this game. Raceland will win easy. Raceland 39 Russell 19
  15. I think Elliott will come out ready to play since they havent played in a week. I look for them to play really well in this game. Rowan is down this year the only scoring they get is from Petit and Brockman.
  16. She scored her 1000 career point on Friday in a victory over Walton-Verona.:banana::banana::dancingpa:dancingpa:dancingpa
  17. That could be a major debate, because i'm sure the ones who have lost their jobs and careers betting on games they were calling "cared who won".
  18. I read on a post several days ago that Cov Cath. had a "lockdown defender" I think named Maille that would shut down Ferguson. I read in the paper(A.D.I.) where Ferguson Had 29 pts, 11 boards. The above post says Grimes guarded Ferguson. Did Maille not play in this game?
  19. I will start by saying Mason is heads above everyone in the state because of Miller. My prediction is Mason by 16. About the referee's, anyone who is honest has saw referee's change games with bad call or most of the time with no calls. They have even caught some in NBA and College doing it on purpose. Do I think ref's will play a hand in this game............NO! Mason is too far ahead of the pack.
  20. This may be this best game of the Tourney so far. I like Elliott by 4.:dancingpa
  21. Probably not. This field is weak.
  22. Elliott Co. hasnt played since last Tuesday so I look for them to come out Fired up and ready to play.
