After these two if really doesn't matter how other teams are ranked. IMO: Elliott will repeat as 16th region champions.

East Carter is to low. The one team in the region that IMO is built to own RH. Also, I'll give RH the edge for now over Elliott. But no way they beat them in a rematch.

I hate to say it but Yes Rose Hill after beating Elliott County earlier should be number 1. BUT I think Elliott County will get them back in the Regional if they meet again.

East can not be 2. Sorry to break it to you with losses to Fairview and Raceland it doesn't always help. Elliott just got beat by 29, ouch. That could change your mind? I think Rose Hill has done pretty good in the region this year?

If Rose Hill had lost to Raceland last week just about everyone one here would drop them to #7 or below.

After watching Elliott Co tonight. Rose Hill is the best team in the 16th.
