Yes and no. If you are doing what you can to pull out wins, and lack talent, then I say let them stay. Sometimes longevity is beneficial for a program, especially one that needs consistency. If it is an established program and it going through a "rough phase" then give them some time (i.e. 3-4 years) to get the program up. Basically it is like teaching, you get 4 years to prove you are tenure worthy. If you aren't then, you get the ax in your 4th year.

Removing politicians or any professor who has never taught in a K-12 school would fix A LOT of problems. I think those jobs should have prereqs in order for you to get them. What I mean is Secretary of Education, you should have some experience TEACHING, not setting POLICY. Education Professor should have experience TEACHING in a school.

I agree...It was kind of tongue in cheek with the comment. I agree, I am glad kids get along much more. It does change up the rivalry games though.

Kids get along too much nowadays. Imagine what social media would've been like during this time. :sssh:

Get the belt out or some form of discipline. No reason other students should have their education disrupted because a kid won't behave.
