  1. Will Timmy Knipp be able to play tonight agains Warren Central? Will some post an update on his injuiry?
  2. Evidently you have never had the flu or you would not make a wild statement like that.
  3. I contribute Russells defeat to a long arm in their face all night. As to bad luck Ferguson has had the flu all week according to a friend of the family, so there was adversity on both teams. Don't try to use that as an excuse. Yes Elliott did out hustle Russell they ran them into the hardwood. Elliott overcame the rough housing that Russell always gives them and the Refs lets them get by with and still came out a winner. Go Lions!!!!!!!  :ylsuper: :jump:
  4. T-E-M-P-O!!!!! Now what is your prediction?
  5. I agree that the Lions will advance, the question would be which Lions!!!!!!!
  6. Is that all you can come up with? I have heard that the truth really hurts. signing off no more post on this thread.:walk:
  7. Could it be that you are from the general area that some of the Ref's are from and the schools that you support are on the receiving end of the calls, and the schools you are referring to are small schools that don't carry the weight with the officials that some of the larger schools do? It is easy to see in life that peer pressure influences everyone regardless of their profession, so to say that officiating is not influenced by the more influential schools and friends, and that officiation does not change the game would be ludricous.
  8. All of your education must have failed to teach you that Elliott is spelled with two t's not one.
  9. I also heard about the Army style drills the coaching staff put the EC players through the day before the game, "which they had not done since the summer before", because "quote" you didn't play worth a crap the last game. I made the comment then that the coaching staff must be crazy, the players will be so sore the day of the game, they will not be able to play, and yes the players were sore the day of the game, and they who watched the game saw the effect on the players, they had one of the worst shooting games of the season. Chalk this loss up to the coaching staff and their irrational behavior.
  10. Evidently education has blinded your eyes to realilty. Have a nice day.
  11. In your previous post you said that Ferguson struggled because he had a long arm to shoot over all night. I didn't mention any particular player, so evidently you saw that he was getting hammered consistently also, but will not admit it. To "note" how much he was hammered a very reliable friend of the family said that Ferguson could not attend school today and was taken to the hospital for Xray's, which showed that he had a severely bruised tailbone and back, so there was some extensive hammering going on and not just a long arm to shoot over. Thank you for listing your extensive school record, I am really impressed.!!!!!
  12. Just because players foul out " however many " does not mean that 100 foul's were not over looked,"which would be no calls". Some of Russell's fans commented about the terrible officiation in this thread. Naturally they are not going to say it effected the outcome seeing they won.
  13. You will note that I said no calls, not bad calls. Where did you go to school?
  14. The greatest incomsistency was the no calls in the first half. Elliott definitely lost that battle, it took them out of their game early. They were getting hammered and no calls.
  15. That is how all good teams win. We should give Elliott due credit, their defense caused the Tomcat turnovers and they executed their plays just as any good team does to win. This was not just luck as you seemed to imply, but well executed athleticism. Come-on!!!!!!:ylsuper: :jump:
  16. Timmy Knipp is 6-5 and very slender he is not old enough to bulk up yet.not only is he tall he can handle the ball, defend, and shoot the ball well. Most tall kids that young have only their height going for them Not so with this kid he is a well rounded athlete.
  17. Heard the Ashland radio announcer call T. Knipp a weak string bean when he first went into the game, must not have been too weak he had 11pts 2reb 3 blocked shots didn't seem very weak to me. This kid is only an eighth grader look out Ashland for four more years of the weak string bean. :jump:
  18. Jonathan Ferguson - Sophomore Ethan Faulkner - Sophomore Evan Faulkner - Sophomore Jonathan Morgan - Sophomore Chris Knipp - Sophomore This is the Starting five.
  19. I have seen the statement offence/defence switch, and going offence/defence mentioned several times on BGP would you please explain what that term actually means. You have lost me!!!!::confused:
  20. Reading between the lines it appears that Ms Liberty has a secret agenda that gives her joy that Ferguson may not be able to play. I wonder what that agenda would be????????????????? :creepy:
