having that guy that has been in the system, knows what it takes to motivate those kids, and has built those relationships makes it a bit easier though

Josh just "gets it", and my guess is it would be very difficult for him to leave the situation that he has at LaRue. Would take a pretty prominent program or one that is on the rise (with the right amount of money/resources) to get him to leave.

he was a great player, great teammate, and a great head coach in my book. Comes from some pretty good bloodlines as well

Smith will manipulate his offense to go with his offensive personnel. That's a fact. Defensively, they will be pretty much the same. Kicking game ALWAYS comes into play when talking about the Rebels.
