I know for a fact that NKY officials use the gauage in every game they do.

I know they have freshman Mike Davis coming off the bench who also has height but I would say strength against the physical teams may pose a problem. They area very yong teams and will only get better. By the way what happened to KYle Bair did he leave? He was a good player for them last year.

I personally think this kid has the tools to play at teh D-1 level. His size is good, his hands are great and he makes plays. He would make a good defensive player as well but I think his brad is buttered at TE. Hope to see this young man playing on Saturday some where.

I watched both games and the bottom line is that the CCH beat them up front. And the fact that Cecil is not a very good throwing QB. The play calling was questionable. I still feel #4 has to touch the ball more, he can make things happen and why the QB ran the ball so much I did not understand. If you want to run the QB run more option make CCH play responsiblity football on Defense. But I feel that the season may have been a disappointment to the birds fans but they played tough competition and fell short to a very good CCH team this year. Good luck the rest of the way to CCH

I agree Cov. Cath has some great players, #8 TE is awesome and so is the kicker, he is the real deal. The defense has some great guys as well #30 and #58 the NG are really good.

I believe that seeing both play that Cov. cath has size and Highlands has speed. It will be a great game and I am going to predict that Highlands wins on a wing around by Conner due to the fact that COv. Cath will pay too much attention to Kramer so they should. But never the less a great game best of luck to each team.

When you talk about NKy if you include Grant County into it their QB is got to be in the top 1400 plus yards passing and over 300 yards rushing with 19 TD's this year He has played well I agree with all your picks they are all well deserving just like this young man, I have been impressed watching him this season. For the beating he takes some times he keeps getting up and leading his team. I think that you also have to say Hitchew from Dayton is a very good player this year and you have to look at The kicker from Cov. Cath. that kid is amazing just my opinions as well. I also think that the A region 2 is loaded with talent. Hard to beleive with such small schools they can have that much talent in them.

Thank you Coach Buckett, they practice just as hard as the varsity and deserve to play in the JV game and the Freshman deserve to play. What do you do in a Freshman game when you are winning big, all the middle school and see if they can bring over their team. the fact of the matter is that the JV that is nothing but Freshman and Sophomores play hard and won big, and in the game the other night the coach told me he put a running back in the game to play Qb and he did score and a freshman kid did throw the last TD. Also the opening kickoff returned and it was called back, or I guess it would have been worse. I guess everyone hated Steve Spurrier when he was at Flordia, but he is not much of a ball coach I guess. All I can say is the kids played hard and maybe the Freshman will do better on Thursday.

Hey I sleep fine and after finding out from the coach that the last touch down and 2 pt play was design to go to a "special ed kid then so be it. The coach even told me that the trimble coaches were told that after the game and they were fine with it. So let it go it is JV and I have seen plenty of teams not get in the victory formation when they have freshman in the game try to get them their dues, they practice all week long too and should get a little reward. All well hope Trimble improves this year and glad to see the team at the varsity level beating teams 39-6 and 52-20. It has been a long while since they have played that good. Keep up the good work.

I hate to say it but I believe that was their Freshman team scoring against your JV. A freshman should be allowed to play in a blowout and if your team can't stop the freshman, well. And I know for a fact that the Freshman played the entire 4th quarter and some of the 3rd quarter. Heck about 6 freshman start, so don't cry over spilled milk. you are right bluegrass, they could have score more and broke records but I can assure you they only score 21 each half. They had to handle their share of blowouts and they don't complain, just play and let it be
