  1. I dont think it will be the toughest schedule mason has faced...Got to remember back in 92, 93, and 94 they had a tough schedule especially in 92 when they played a very loaded Oak Hill Academy at the Fieldhouse...But the schedule will be good for them!!!
  2. Dallas is shooting too many jumpers early in ball games, too comfortable with the 3. They have a huge size advantage and they aren't going down there, neither are they crashing the offensive glass.
  3. He seems to be favoring that leg in his workout video. Did anyone else see it?
  4. Not drafting a linebacker leads me to believe that Ed Hartwell will sign soon. Cincinnati also has Miller, Jeanty, Frazier and Nicholson. That seems pretty deep to me.
  5. I think they look no further than an assistant on the boys' bench...Brandon Hinson.
  6. C- Wilt Chamberlain PF- Charles Barkley SF- Larry Bird SG- Michael Jordan PG- Magic Johnson It's tough to leave Pippen out in my opinion. It was also tough to select a power forward but Barkley was 6'4" and had an MVP under his belt. Second Team C- Bill Russell PF- Karl Malone SF- Scottie Pippen SG- Jerry West PG- Isiah Thomas
  7. I hope you mean NAZR Mohammed. After the recent changes the program is currently going through, we can't afford a holocaust on top of it.
  8. I just read what Matt Jones had to say on Hamga, stating his eligibility is a very doable option. This is very good news.
  9. What might be invaluable to another GM is probably of great value to Cincy right now. Hatteburg would be a great left hander off the pine for an American League contender (i.e. Doug Mentkeiwic)
  10. What is upside for the Reds may not be so for another GM. A pitcher with an inning relief experience would be an improvement for the club.
  11. If he becomes the first baseman and doesn't hurt us defensively, Hatteburg could be trade bait for a pitcher with some upside. I have been thinking the same thing since the beginning of the season, man.
  12. Amen, bro! He doesn't play enough small ball which I thought might be his strenght coming from Triple-A. And last night: Lead off walks...Phillips bunts on a 1-0 count, Dunn grounds out without seeing a strike, Griffey flies out without seeing a strike...Inning over without making the pitcher throw a strike, FIRST INNING! Did Jerry Narron or these guys play little league?
  13. Trading Milton would be a great idea. We need some relief in a hurry, at least until Majewski and Bray return.
  14. I totally agree. Rose Hill has been a yearly opponent of ours down here in Augusta and their attitude (players, fans and parents) has taken a virtual 360 degree turn for the best. Euton and Jackson have a really bright future. You can't help but to think of Kyle Singler when you see Euton play.
  15. It is a fact that Billy G and Billy D have been to open gym at Mason County. I have a close relative who took pictures with them both. The picture with Billy D is most humourous because my relative was wearing a Billy Gillispie t-shirt which you can now purchase at Hibbet Sports in Maysville.
  16. Let's just give Porter a football scholarship if he could have played DB for USC! We could use another DB!
  17. What are the reasons for Coach Bacigalupo stepping down? Does he have a high profile job in line?
  18. My pick is biased but Darius can flat out play. He can handle and he can shoot and he can post up guys...He just needs to get an attitude while he plays on the court that nobody can stop him (which we all have been trying to do) and no doubt will be better than Mackey...Both players are very good and Mackey will probably win Mr Basketball next yr (Everybody knows its won your Junior Year) but D Miller will be the better college player.
  19. Great Point!!! I think it has been a dropoff in talent in this state for awhile...at least 10 yrs
  20. Guys please no more Lofton Talk...To be honest he wouldnt be the player he is today if he went to UK...Tubby recruited that 04 class to please his critics and look where that got him...Great class does not equal success!!! Chris wasnt a Tubby kind of player, thats why he's at UT...Now the future is if that Billie G can get Stephon Pettigrew and Miller locked up, then those 2 could play a big role...But hammertime ur right, nobody in the last 4-5 yrs could help UK from this state (unless it was me) LOL
  21. Kentucky above all and I love the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame because of the Catholic connection who didn't make the list.
  22. I don't see it. Mason is too deep! I don't think anyone in the tenth has a shot at Mason with the exception of Clark County and I would even say that Clark is a bit of a long shot losing Knowles and Jones. They do return a few key players though.
