Colonels 48 MS 0 Should be an easy win if CovCath continues to play the way they have been playing. If they go into this game over confident though it could make things interesting. I dont expect that to happen though.

It will take them a while to get going, their best player Junior 6'4 PF Ben Sisson is recovering from a football injury and probably wont be back until January last I heard. I am hearing the Birds will be playing fast and will put up a lot of shots.

Only one that I think they were counting on was Huddleston. He wouldve helped mix it up in the paint.

CC Red Devils dominated teams from Bright, IN, Oak Hills, OH, Tennessee and beat a Fairfield, OH bunch in the finals 28-0. Cam Geisler is a man among boys out there for the Red Devilsm and I hear he's an even better basketball player. NCC will get a good one there.

It appears NCC is playing fast and has some really solid kids. Hall, Pangallo, Luken, McDaniel, Iles, Posey, Kremer, Jefferson and Gearding is a pretty decent 9 who all have their respective strengths.

A lot of what you say makes sense but I think the major concern with the natives is the culture change and not just the Wins/losses. Yes, they aren't going to win every year but when you are losing by 40-50 points and you see a change in culture it can be concerning to those who are close to the program.

Cov Cath better do whatever they need to do in order to keep Coach decision and hid staff.

How many kids played both ways this year? I think I remember Dunn and Johnson played some DL in certain instances but outside of that I can't think of any others. Was there other talent who could've not only played both ways but performed better at those positions than the platoon players? See CovCath this year and I think they have like 5-6 kids going both ways.

I know the season is over for the Birds but I am sure there are many posters out there who have ideas of what needs to change or not change for the Birds to get back to competing for state titles. The past two seasons have been the worst dating back probably 30+ years. Is it simply a lack of talent and other teams becoming better or is it the coaching staff and a different culture in the program being instilled?
