Somerset has a very solid "D" this year. Our offense still has a way to go, I think that we only had 5 made baskets in the 1st half.

Congrats to NCC and good luck this weekend against a good Mayfield team. To any Jumper players reading this let me say thank you for a great season! Don't hang your heads to low, just pass on the long tradition of Somerset football to the Class of 2007.

Somerset shouldn't even show up for this game!!! Come on give me a break, it has been obvious this whole year that your anti-Somerset! I would say that NCC should be a slight favorite but blow Somerset out? The stats of both teams appear to be about even on offense and defense. Let me say congratulations to NCC and Somerset on Regional Championships and good luck next week.

Both teams posters on here seem to be a little cocky, but that is what happens when two dominent class A teams hook up. Good luck to both teams this Friday night and let the best team win.

Somerset did beat Lynn Camp just for your information. I do agree that Lynn Camp does have what it takes to make it far in the playoffs.

No additions have been made, the picture has a very bad angle for the home side which is on the bottom. If looked at carefully the home bleachers are 180 feet long (60 yards) and have about 25-30 rows. I'm sure that the capacity (7,000) also includes the visitor side which is 120 feet long (40 yards).

If you would read more carefully I said one of the largest not the largest!!! I was wrong after looking it up Clark Field seats 7,000 not 7,500 which is listed as 6th highest in the state behind: 1. Manual- 11, 463 2. Paducah Tilghman- 8,500 3. Louisville Southern- 8,000 4. Male- 8,000 5. Daviess Co.- 7,500 6. SOMERSET- 7,000

Somerset has a nice football complex. This picture was taken in 2001 and since then the grass has been redone with bermuda, the parking lot has been repaved, and two additional lanes have been added to the track. Clark Field has one of the states largest capacities in high school with max at 7,500.

Wow no one wants to beat Somerset..lol, as for me I would like to see Somerset beat Danville a few times to get the series back competitive like it used to be.

Actually back in 1983 or 1984 Somerset had 12 or 13 all-staters if you include honorable mention in that category.
