I dont know if you would call the boys at Franklin County horses, but they are good at what they do, In the two scrimmages at woodford and Dunbar they picked up 3 and 4 blitzers as well as the lineman all game long.

I concur fan of the 11th, I think after watching the first two scrimmages it is evident that FCHS has alot to prove.

The speed is very comparible, but the new d is yet to come it to its own yet, they got after dunbar the other night, but still have some technique to work on.

Varsity score 28-17 in favor of dunbar. FC gave up a td run on pooch kick to right before half making it 17-14 FC. Dunbar went ahead after a FC fumble on their own 20 or so. FC looked good at time but has some work to do.

LCA is not very good, look for them to have a long season. East Jessamine executed well, alot of that due to LCA being so poor.

Come on Guru what ever team wins just throw in the towel and go straight into b-ball. I think it means alot to both teams for the simple fact that it is the first game of the season and both teams have some ???? about young players and a new team. As for franklin county if you have been around them at all you know where they were just a few short years ago and where they are now if that doesnt get your respect for their work there what will.

I am not sure who won it I watched Franklin county most of the day I guess you could call them (FC) third place they beat Glenville N.C. and played an alabama team with a chance to win at the end but came up short, it looked as if the alabama team was beating henry clay in the championship game. But I did not see the final result. Woodford county had a good day as well winning the lineman challenge and making a tourney run also.
