It is hard to compare these kids because what they do is so different in each case. I don't think that many of them other than Ammons could throw for 10,000 yds in a career regardless of where they play at.
I know nothing of the program or the coaches but most 0-10 seasons have alot of people not doing their part. They usually include: Coaches, players, administration, parents and anyone else that is involved. So I do believe the coaches have some part in it but are not alone.
I would say east is a huge under dog in this game, they do not have the speed any where to hang with Catholic. East May have the line play and the power running to stay in it a while but they have no answer for the skill kids of Catholic.
They are guilty of both and do it quite often. Most people including officials miss it quite a bit because it is done mostly on the back side of the play oe behind it. They also get away with doing it on Linebackers.
Anderson County has a really fast running back that can get the edge. They also have 3 or 4 300 lb. kids on the line. Will FC be able to handle those big boys? I think it is FC's game from start to finish.
Yes I agree comments like that need to be kept in the locker room and on the feild not in the papers. I have seen comments like that build animosity between coaches and player in high school and in college.
Harrison is still a very fundamental football team they block and tackle well. With a few breaks here and there they could have a shot vs. the Breds. But in the end #9 takes one away or to the house.
