Tates Creek has found some consistent play. Sparks for the Creekers was outstanding this evening. Once again the 11th is up for grabs and Tates Creek could be a team that will represent the region. Scott Co fell behind in the early and was down six at the half. Played a great third period. Held on at the end. This was a completely different Creek from the past. This bunch of kids seemed very diciplined and played hard and in the past I have seen Tates Creek teams go in opposite direction this time of year. A friend of mine made a point that the Scott Co game with Catholic Saturday was probably still taking an effect on the Cardinals after a win like that and full of emotion. Still no excuse they have to play better or Henry Clay will close our door.

Look out for Knott Central they are playing as well as anyone.

This is the year if your gonna get some respect. The 14th is wide open.

Ther are not many easy nights in the 11th region unless you choose to play them. The two teams that advance in the 42nd district one of them will win the region.

I think Scott Co will win at Henry Clay but they will have to not turn the ball over like they did tonight. The Knights let Scott Co kill them on the boards. That surprised me even without Brown gone.

Game was closer than the score. Was in doubt until about three minutes left.

Scott Co was down eight at the half. Outscored the Knights 16-4 to take the lead for good in the third. LC cut it to 2 with six and a half to go in the game. The Cardinals pulled back out to 10 and the rest was alot of free throws. Scott Co shot 27 free throws in the fourth and hit 23. This is not official but close. Walls had a outstanding game came up big in the fourth playing with four fouls.

I haven't seen him play. This is who I have seen.

I agree. We go to get out of the district, the states toughest district.

Scott Co also beat Station and Henry Clay earlier by almost the same scores that Scott Co was beaten by. Thats what you get from a young team. Very beatable by a team as good as them. Also hard to beat when they play well.

I am sure noting two of the states best teams they had some quality refs assigned to this game. You don't see many rookies in these type of games. It doesn't matter who you are if they deserve a tech then give it to them.

There is no doubt after tonight that Cov Cath has the best student section. I will say that Scott Co's student section will rock on Saturday win the Knights of Lex. Cath play at Georgetown in front of 3000 fans.

Did Coach Hicks get a technical tonight. A good referee will let you know if there is to much whining and they will slap him with one. I just love his intensity and how much he fights for his kids. Like him or dislike him he is still one of the Commonwealths best hands down.

It was a great game untill seven minutes to go because your team was up at that time. Cshs81 said it great you had your chance. I am sure that the Scott Co faithfull thought that they were getting a raw deal until they made the run. You said (Don't get me wrong they made a few bad calls going the Colonels way) even you admitting that seems they should of got all the calls. Scott Co beat a darn good team and Cov Cath got beat by darn good team. March Madness is around the corner.

Scott Co was down 10 in the fourth period and storms back to win. Good win on the road for the Cards.

I think they played pretty good against Henry Clay it could of went anyway. Both teams played well. Scott Co has been very tired with alot of tough games in a short period of time. Should be good one.

I believe if Scott Co wins Friday against Henry Clay and wins at Sayre Saturday they get the number #1 seed. Depending what Station does against Henry Clay in two weeks.
