Boyle shot the ball better tonight than they have in the last few games. But what hurt was getting out shot from the free-throw line 13-18 (Lincoln) to 2-3 (Boyle). Plus Boyle only had 3-4 guys score and they need more help scoring.

I hope that what I've heard is true then it would be great to get to play ST. X.

Garrard had 2 shots at the end to win and Boyle comes away with a great win. Boyle was up 12 at one point in the game and Garrard ends up taking a 7-point lead in the second half. Plus FT shooting hurt Garrard in this game going 1/6 and a technical foul on both Cooper for Garrard and Garrard's Coach.

I still think that Boyle will have something to say about it before it is over (call me a homer). I believe that once they get a starting lineup set that it will start clicking for them. The thing that is in doubt is the shooting for Boyle. They did barely beat Garrard last night but the shot 3-18 the 3rd QT while Garrard was 7/11 and FT shooting has hurt Boyle in some games. Of the teams I have seen in the 12 Region so far, DCA is good, and you have to watch out for Garrard. Boyle shot poorly from the field and FT line against DCA and that hurt them. Against Highlands, If Boyle hits FT they win the game and like I said the same for DCA. But like my Mom always said, "if if's and buts was candy and nuts we would all have a Merry Christmas". I haven't seen Lincoln or Pulaski play yet, but both seem to be playing pretty well. I just think that the 12 Regions is probably tougher this year and before and that is from the top down to about #11.

Well Boyle Co. is coming up today to play. They are 3-3 but the 3 loses was without the football players. With those guys they are forcing over 20 TO a game and playing some really good D.

Quisenberry had 27 while Jakei Tarter had 18 points and 17 rebounds. More stats to come later.

The Rebels come away with a big win at home over the Bruins of Central Hardin.

They have been playing some really good ball the second half of both the last games. Against Clay Co. we were down by 17 Points and came back to win 65-62. It was 12-10 Clay at the end of 1st QT and 29-18 at half. Boyle turned up the D and ended up forcing 28 TO in the game. Boyle outscored Clay Co. 47-33 in the second half.

The Rebels started off with a 9-0 lead and was up 13-5 before the Rockets went on a 11-0 run to finish the 1st QT with a 16-13 lead. Rockcastle took a 10 point 27-17 in the 2nd QT before Boyle cut the 36-33 at the half. The second half was all the Rebels as the turned up the D and ended up outscoring the Rockets 46 to 13 in the second half and a final of 79-49. The Rebs D has been really good the last 2 game while turning the Rockets over 23 times and Clay Co. 28 times. Coach Webb has been platooning the last 2 game and is really got the Rebs playing really good D. Which we all know, a good D lead's to scoring. The Rebels will take on Central Hardin Friday at home before traveling to Highlands on Saturday.
