I think Williamsburg will win the game, however, J.B. and his staff always have their kids prepared and they play hard. I look for this to be a hard fought game. If Williamsburg stays focused they win by 20 +, if not it will be a tough game.

With the win over Campbellsville, does the Burg Break in to the BGP top 10 in Class A?

Sorry I just dont see Williamsburg being held to 19.

Williamsburg averages around 500 yards offense per game pretty evenly split between rushing and passing. They have the leading passer in class A as well as the leading receiver. Averaging just over 40 points a game and giving up around 19 points per. Only loss was the opener 19-14 against Frankfort and they had the ball on Frankforts 4 and drooped 2 balls that would have been TD's or they would be un beaten right now.

This week the Jackets host previous district rival Harlan. When these 2 were in the same district it was always a tough, physical game and usually a close dog fight. The jackets have been rolling while Harlan has struggled a bit. Is this a trap game after the huge win over Campbellsville for the Burg?

Campbellsville is extremely athletic. I thought they were also very un disciplined. Williamsburg seems to win consistently against teams with more talent and more athleticism. I think this is a testament to the coaching staff at the Burg. They have these kids well disciplined, and believing in "Jacket Pride".

Good win for the Burg. I thought the Jackets outplayed the Eagles tonight. Yes there was a bit of laundry on the field from the refs, but I thought Campbellsville lost their composure and hurt themselves with several personal fouls. This is developing into a fierce rivaly, almost like Williamsburg Lynn Camp. Ed Lawson is proving to be a horse running the ball, and the balance the Burg is showing with Moses passing and the ground attack is making them a very difficult team to defend. I think Herron's Jackets have a shot of going a ways in the playoffs.

Campbellsville would have to be the favorite based on last years performances and the fact they are more athletic. Wondering if we might see another thriller though.

Not sure I would see either team take it by 2 TD's. Think this will be a barn burner and maybe who ever has the ball last wins.

This should be a war this friday so lets get the ball rolling. Who takes this important game for district leadership. Campbellsville took both games last year, but its at the Jackets house this time. The Jackets have been rolling but Campbellsville has played a really tough schedule. Who do you pick?

I dont know if Jenkins is on the schedule for next year, but usually schedules are done in advance and are home and home. Last year Jenkins was 6-5 and a playoff team, so when the schedule was prepared it possibly looked different than Friday nights results. Williamsburg seemed to have taken the long bus ride well and took care of business as a quality team should. I get tired of some who post on here that Williamsburg should play certain teams over and over again, You play the hand you are dealt and go on. Mcreary made it interesting the last two seasons but still went home with a loss. Get over it, Mcreary is what classification, 4A, but fills its schedule with 1A teams and still probably splits those games. I would be looking for bigger fish to fry if I was coaching there. But I am not, and you are not coaching at Williamsburg so let it die please.

Heard they like the power running game, and that is what they threw at W'burg last year.

Last year's game turned into a dog fight with Williamsburg putting up a defensive stand at the end to pull the game out. I think Williamsburg is playing better defense than they have in the past couple of seasons. I expect this to be a tough game, but look for the Jackets to have too many weapons and prevail in the end 34 to 21.

Different team different game. You never know what bounces a ball will take so you cant say is so and so better than so and so on d. Suffice it to say I don't think Leslie can handle Watts and look for the raiders to win.
