Valley Sports Little league field is about 100 yards from PRP's field and it could be said that they basicly share the same parking lot.

I think that Christian County started something like 3 or 4 freshmen in 2004 when they won the state title. That means some of those guys will evenn be back next year as well.

You better throw Lawrence County in the mix. Those kids are working hard up there and will be tough for anyone to overlook.

So were the Hounds. They were missing several due to ACT testing and 5 players that play for Boyd County that are still playing in the state tournament. Chiefs were also short handed a head coach as he was rightfully tossed.

They were defeated twice by the Huntington Hounds Saturday. Hounds also defeated Cincinnati Midland 17's Sunday. Hounds only have 3-18's.

Turner came in with the bases loaded and the score 5-0 with 1 out . Central scored 5 runs in the 3rd. 3 runs were charged to Prater and 2 to Turner. It was 10-0 after three innings and before the beginning of the sun delay.

Outstanding pitching performance by Matt Fyffe. Matt gives up 3 hits and strikes out 16 batters. Another hot night for Stacy with 3 more hits.

Justin Blanton goes the distance and throws his 2nd no-hitter of the season. Jeremy Stacy stays hot , getting 3 hits tonght.

Johnny LeMaster graduated in 1973.

He also attended Rose Hill for a while, during the early OJ days.

He doesn't throw hard but has hit spots well.

Mike has pitched well all year.
