Does anyone know what time Beechwood opens the gates for the game tonight?

Good Luck to the Juggs tonight as they travel for their longest road trip of the year. I think Yeagle is getting them ready, but I don't think they are quite ready yet. I'll give the nod to Elizabethtown in this one, but if it was later in the year, I would change my vote. (I do hope the Juggs prove me wrong tonight)

Is this job "on the street" now? Are they taking applicants or are they still waiting for some reason?

this is a tough one to call. My gut says Newport, but my heart is with Lloyd. My brain says this will probably be an ugly game on a wet, nasty field. :confused: :confused: :confused: I think if Lloyd can get Charles Johnson in the game early (and we'll know pretty quickly if he's into it or not) then they can win. I'll go with my heart and say: Lloyd 20 Newport 19 but my gut is already feeling a little queezy!!:creepy:

I don't think the weather will hurt Lloyd much. It's supposed to rain Wed/Thurs and be cold on Friday. The field is not in very good shape when it's dry, so it should be pretty muddy! Turnovers will be BIG!! I'll take Lloyd in a pretty close one 20-18

How did Lloyd score 48 points? Their offense has been struggling....

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but Lloyd's defense didn't look too bad last week against Beechwood. Yes, it was 38-0 but Beechwood had a very short field to work withon 2 occassions and they ran an inteception back for a touchdown. Lloyd seems to be small, but quick to the ball on defense. On offense, they need to be careful of the turnover... but if they don't turn the ball over more than 1 time, I'll take Lloyd by about 8-10 pts. I think if either team gets careless with the ball, having more than one turnover, the game will go the other direction. 20-12 Lloyd
