No. Different athletes doing similar strength training would not offset itself. There is no way to take a strength program and say that it is similar for every athlete, let alone every program. It is what an athlete makes of it. For better.......or worse

That guy was good. What do you do with the way the Tourney is scheduled? 3 games in a Friday/Saturday is too much, way too much. They FINALLY spread it out over two weekends, but anything over 2 I two days at this stage is irresponsible
