Has it been recently? I have seen them several times this year and when they are on they are the best team in the region. When they arn't they are 2nd. Casey isn't pretty but finds away to get things done. I say Casey in a close one.

She was on the floor long enough to stitch it and do plenty more. Since she was o k to come back in, she probably should have been moved and the game go on. With that being said...This was a GREAT game to watch. Great crowd from both sides. Great place hosting it. Louisville and Morehead where both there looking at players. I was wrong as well. It just looked like SW was ready to be done. No emotion, no fire in them...Didn't even look like they wanted to get up and down the floor. The difference was the dominance inside by Casey. Casey plays smart when others don't. Tonight will be exciting!!

All that depends on how hard she works. She might not see the floor for a couple years but isn't that how it is for many D-1 players? It is a whole different ball game. More importantly she will be getting her college paid for. And I have seen Morehead play MANY TIMES. Have you??

Don't ever look ahead! Play for now. I am not a SW fan, but this year I am rooting for them because of Ms. Salyers. She has plenty of time to look ahead to Morehead. But for now enjoy your High School season. GO HEAD!!!

Didn't Fowler from SW make it as well? How in the heck does Salyers not make it?? Didn't she have 19 points in the finals??? SW has the most talent in the region but is also the laziest team in the region....with to many I's and not enough WE's.:confused: Rice has never had any control over this team... Some D-1 conferences have double headers and always have girls first. That is where title IX started, so why does it require it switched for KY High school?? Ask any girl Bball player and they will tell you .....girls first!!!

The Ray Correll Bowl should be rotated between all three local schools. Thats a easy quick solution. If Somerset doesn't want this then both county schools should move on. :fight:

From what I have seen this summer, regardless if teams were complete or not. #1 Southwestern-best all around talent. I like Salyers and little Fothergill and Fowler. #2 Lincoln-pretty close #2. Gotta love their big girl! Runs the floor ALL the time. #3 Casey. Beat ya to death then pray with you after. Very nice team. #4 Rockcastle-typical Rock team. Teams that haven't impressed me....Somerset, Wayne, Mercer. This is not to say they are not good teams. Just didn't look good the days I saw them. :fight:
