This one ends early. 10/13⏰There has been a bullseye on this game in the Greyhounds locker room ever since the hounds left Alexandria a year ago. That game Brossart controlled the game from start to finish with a walk away district championship. This year (even though it’s not a district game) the Hounds look to look impressive on homecoming in front of their fans. I expect this one to be a slow start with Brossart looking to control clock. Hounds just have too much speed. Paris - 48 Brossart - 0The Rock is a good football team. This will be close.Rams 35-14Oct 13th!How bout them hounds!If the Hounds can put pressure on the quarterback they will win big. Paris 48 Rock 14I agree. This will be a thrilling match up. The difference in the game will be there offense/defensive fronts.As a team your only job is to beat what’s in front of you.Yes you can tell. Film don’t lie. Rockcastle is coming into the game scoring 50+ every night. Paris is only giving up an average of 6 points a game. Outside of Corbin/Douglas I think this game alone will show that both are good football teams.Next week Rocks come to town in what will be the toughest test of the season for the hounds. Rockcastle is the most underrated team in 3A. This will be must see tv Friday night in Paris!Oct. 13th ?This is my game of the week. So far what I’ve seen from LCA I like them in this one on the road. Cal is the best team in 3A and won’t surprise me if they win. Lexington Christian is my pick to win 2A this year. They’ve looked really good up to this point. Lca- 37 Cal- 31360 means complete turnaround. They are truly getting better every week.Since coach Tyquan Rice has taken over the last three years the program has done a 360.Lots of penalties tonight on the hounds but the defense stepped up. Big win on to Mount Sterling next week to take on 5a Montgomery county.I agree 1A is a little down. Doesn’t take away from how good of a team Paris has this year. Hazard is not the hazard of the past but still capable of being a top 5 1A team headed into the playoffs this season. Tonight will be a good test for the hounds.
