I’m sure Rash will have them prepped for Osborne if he plays or not. The defense will be up for the test of a passer. They haven’t got to see a great one yet this season, so it will be fun to watch.

I picked LCA because I’ve seen them in person over the last few years, and know this is the time of year where they get hot and fire on all cylinders. I won’t be upset if I chose this wrong being a BW Tigers fan. I also won’t be surprised if O-Cath wins. This will be the best game in the state Friday and plays a huge role for the semifinals. Bring on Friday!

Tigers run away with it. If Bentley is as good as advertised, then Rash will stick Robinson Jr. on him and we will see just how good he really is. I expect the further we get the more you see this BW defense tighten up and get even better. More schemes, more blitzes, more shadowing a teams best player. The offense can afford to start slow because of how stingy this defense is. Tigers by Running Clock. Bring on that NKY Semifinal game!

Lloyd is solid this year. I do not expect for a team to compete with them until semis. They are also benefiting like Beechwood with the east being significantly weaker than the west. Good luck Juggs!

Love what Murph and Talley do on the air. I have been to every game, and still go back and listen when I can. Love hearing those guys talk about the kids, and be unbiased on the air. I think we won’t be throwing it around much until later in the playoffs (if we make it). Don’t want to show our hands too much. Pound the rock, get a running clock asap, rest your starters, cause we will need them in late November.

Hope to see you deep in the playoffs LS. Miss seeing some of the faces we no longer see due to graduation. The semis and state always bring back the old faces though.

There probably isn’t a better #2 QB in NKY and perhaps the state. Numbers can tell a lot but being somebody who hasn’t missed a game, I will give my opinion for what it’s worth (which is a little more than nothing). Harney is clearly the better runner. He makes smart decisions, and tries to let play develop. Hayden is the far better passer. He zips the ball around. Forces more passes due to his arm, but when you have the athletes you do, you’re going to try that every once in a while. Hayden still needs time to develop as he’s only a sophomore. I would see Harney being used in the future if his arm strength matches Hayden’s but for right now Hayden gets the nod because of the need to pass the ball. No discredit to Harney either as he is a great kid, and will be a star for the tigers for years to come. He did fantastic the first half of the season he was in at QB1. Right now I’m not sure they care who is QB as long as they are on Kroger field the first week of December.

I would have to agree he’s not our best threat offensively, but I do expect for Hergott to open up the playbook deeper into the playoffs. He will try more formations, more wrinkles, more trick plays. Always has happened that way. Last week BW used a formation that they haven’t used all season. O’Shea and Flaherty benefited from it. Expect Hergott to try the same for all his playmakers this post season.

There’s nothing they can do. They’ve tried everything they can. It’s just how the RPI plays out sometime.

Correct. I am glad we’ve taken the road less traveled the past two years to make it there. This senior class is due for an easier trip.
