Juggernauts Look To Impose Their Might On Host Bearcats

Records: Lloyd Memorial (8-3) | Walton-Verona (9-2)

BGP Ranking: Lloyd Memorial (#6 in 2A)

Series History: Lloyd Memorial leads 6-3 all-time

Table Setter:  Lloyd Memorial's status as district runner-up forces them away from the comfy confines of home, where they're 6-0 on the season. All three losses have come on the road and two of those could have easily swung the other way. The Juggs are just a couple of plays from being a one loss team. Quarterback Isaiah Sebastian (1,428 combined yards and 19 touchdowns) and lead back Kaiden Zulager (1,106 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns) serve as the offensive catalysts, with Sebastian (4 ints.) pulling double duty in the secondary to compliment Elijah Westwood (team high 83 tackles) and Amari Riley and Avander Abrams, who've combined for 15 sacks.

Walton-Verona snuck past Newport in Round 1 with a pair of Jackson Smith scoring tosses, two field goals, and a superb defensive effort. That effort will need to be present again this week to curb a Lloyd Memorial team capable of pouring on the points.

They do have a few common opponents

Holy Cross -      WV 14-0 W -  LM 47-13 W

Grant County -  WV 21-14 W - LM 47-20 W

Boone County - WV 24-35 L - LM 36-15 W

Owen County -  WV 29-7 W -  LM 42-7 W

Newport -          WV 22-12 W - LM 44-22 W

That all together looks like Lloyd by 3 TD's to me.

Lloyd by 21+. They will roll until Semi’s! Would love to see them play beechwood again, and make for a great NKY atmosphere!

I agree Lloyd will win this by three touchdowns if not more.
