I’d say the chances are very very high. These next 3 games will likely decide that point total/average. I don’t see anyone in the district scoring a touchdown on the 1st or 2nd team defense.

Oh trust me, I remember. I was at every game last year for the tigers. Seeing 21 on the board made me a bit angry. I think the final tally for the year was 110 points given up in 15 games? I’ll have to double check.

Let’s not forget SK is one of only 2 teams the whole season to score 20+ points on them as well. The other being LCA.

You’re right MC. Just refreshed my memory, I remember being in the stands and going “well there goes our streak.” Nobody better to lose it to than Crone. He’s been the real deal for a very long time.

Not sure how a defense of that size is getting 40 hung on them multiple times. I’m guessing speed isn’t an ally.

Berger really making a name for himself. Watching him run the ball is just painful if you picture yourself on the defensive side. Kid runs like the other team was bad mouthing his momma.

Gimme the Tigers by 14+. Defense is the real deal, and with or without Crone, I don’t see them being the team that breaks them down. Last years defense allowed I think 1 touchdown on the first team in this game last year. I expect the same thing to happen in this game.

Due to class rank does Beechwood get the pass if they lose?

Beechwood running clock. This defense seems impenetrable right now. Paintsville’s one touchdown was against the TIgers second team D. Gimme the tigers 42-0

As far as I’m aware he is suiting up. Pretty good first game to play in, in front of a home crowd. I expect a lot of neutral fans to be at beechwood games this year due to the hype he brings.

Beechwood puts the running clock on late in the 3rd. I don’t think Paintsville scores, and I’ll go on record to say they won’t get past the 50 in the first half of the game.

Yes. Heard the same thing. Robinson out this week as well. Two big losses but still give me the Tigers with a running clock.

They are absolutely getting a banged up version of the Tigers. Hopefully these injuries don’t last deep into the season as BW will need all the help they can get come playoff time. Bulldogs definitely have an opportunity this Saturday to make an upset on the banged up Tigers.

Tigers defense is too much. I don’t expected the offense to be running on all cylinders as I think Clay Hayden will be out for a week, but the defense will still be stingy. Tigers running clock middle of the way into the 3rd.

Ha just giving you a hard time MC! Can’t wait to see that game! SK looks to be a tough one for the tigers as well. Should be a fun game!

Beechwood doesn’t make the list of “tough game?”

Looks like Beechwood, is still Beechwood. Losing the QB is never good, but the defense held tough and are proving to be at the focal point of this team, as expected. Hope it’s a safe, and speedy recovery as we would love to not have to move people around. It is what it is. Best of luck to both teams this year!

Thankfully it’s just a scrimmage. To work out the kinks. That defense and offense was without Robinson who we all know will add another element. Not saying he’s the key reason BW should be in the top 25 or even top 15 but, he makes it hard to not put them there. I’ll call it now. 1 loss or less from the tigers this season. If they lose 2 games in the regular season, I’ll be shocked.

I’m biased, but Beechwood at Cov Cath this year will be my favorite game to see. Especially after last year.
