  1. The no game plan comment surprises me from Jason Hinson?? Maybe he's coaching too many teams and needs to just focus on varsity...?
  2. How is Williamstown on the list but Grant County isn't??
  3. Bracken County boys and girls programs off to rough starts with all 4 games (2 boys and 2 girls) losing by an average of 39.5 points. Yikes. Hopefully it gets better.
  4. Rebounds: Pendleton 30 Bracken 20 According to Riherds....
  5. How many games will Bracken win this year?
  6. Just throwing out a name that could do a good job at NHS. I have no idea if he is interested or not. Sorry for the confusion.
  7. Terry Brown is currently the defensive coordinator at Covington Catholic. He has previous head coaching experience. He's also a Newport Catholic grad so he has Newport roots....Brown may be an option after leading one of the best defensive teams in the state of Kentucky.
  8. Bracken better get ready for Gallatin County's press tonight....I'm sure they will see it a lot this season after last night's display.
  9. Yeah I expect closer than a 43 point margin as well....:ohbrother:
  10. Mike (Honcho) and Mike (Baxter) You all were hyping up that newly ignited Elsbernd Bracken Co Lady Bears defense in September and October....when we should be talking about the Lady Mustangs defense last night. 63-31 by Kevin Bundy's Brossart team is impressive.
  11. Yeah I live in Flemingsburg...not a bad drive for such a neat event!
  12. Regardless of why he transferred...don't you find it funny that's this is exactly what Appleman's dad wanted...for his son to be talked about. For example, this thread is about Pendleton - Bracken and Appleman isn't even on the team anymore and people are still discussing it! The dad must be a genius.
  13. This game would have been a lot more interesting if both teams didn't lose key transfers: Woods (Rowan) Canada (Montgomery) Both were the best returning players....
  14. Wait?? Didn't that Appleman kid transfer from Pendleton to Bracken because of basketball...AND NOW HE'S NOT PLAYING?? Sounds intriguing.
  15. For us: Fleming County Either Bob Hall, Lake Kelly or Mark Starns All have regional championships and had a different way of doing it!
  16. Pendleton & Bracken play twice this year 11/28 @ Pendleton 2/2 @ Bracken
  17. This is my opinion but Cook has some weapons on the bench not getting to play enough...Canada overrated and needs less minutes. Cook needs to play the original GRC boys more.
  18. It sounded like some jealousy going on with some of the parents.
  19. Can someone post every score from this event? Thanks
  20. Rivalry games are always close. I have a distant cousin that plays for Bracken County. PC wins by 9. Go Bears.
  21. Who was the lady in the crowd wearing a GRC shirt that kept yelling “PASS THE BALL” ?? She was sitting 2 rows down from me and it became annoying.
  22. Robertson County is the dark horse in 10th Region Class A.
  23. No...it's just the best venue in the region to watch a high school basketball game. Mason County hasn't won a regional title there since 2010.
  24. Just glad it's at The Fieldhouse in 2018 and 2019...
  25. Really strong 1st team. And strong 2nd team. Wonder who would've started if Canada didn't transfer to his rival school?
