Any loss to a decent team that Cooper may get while the two starters are out, I would not consider an upset. They are grinding out wins right now with intensity, passion and heart.

Next weeks Cooper/ Cov. Cath. game means nothing next week except bragging rights especially with both teams not being at full strength.

I know these polls don't mean jack squat but no way Campbell County should be ahead of Cooper. I will give CC their just due after seeing how they play against Cov. Cath. this month and Cooper next month. Hopefully Cooper will be at full strength when they meet. I know Campbell County is in the 10th region but playing two of the best teams in the 9th will give a better gauge of how they should be ranked in the state. Not real impressed by the Camels strength of schedule.

Saw Pulaski play Trinity and saw the non-existent defensive effort in that game too. I know Trinity is good, but giving up 101 points is ridiculous.

I know Pulaski has a few kids that give a lot of effort to score, but by looking at some of their scores it doesn't look like they give the same amount of effort on defense. Seems to me that the coach needs to spend more time in practice teaching it.

Paris does not handle full court pressure very well. They are very undisciplined on offense.

Kunkel and McNeil did play in the region last year but McNeil got his cast off his shooting hand 3 days before and Kunkel could hardly move out on the court with his leg injury. He was just gutting it out that game.

I don't know bluebayou CC has played a brutal schedule and that 10th region is unbelievably tough. Now that they have beaten Conner in that top competition Lloyd Invitational, I think they could win the 9th region.

Hopefully Cooper wil have the McNeil brothers back at full strength when they play. I feel really bad that they are out with injuries right now.

Conner is not very good. All you have to do to beat them is switch on every screen. They are just set shot outside shooters and don't have anyone that can get to the rim on a consistent basis.
