Hey Duece......why don't you stop worrying about what people post and just do the job you are here for.....Giving game updates.

For Cooper and Coach Sullivan it doesn't matter what level prospect you are. If the opposing team is trying to take one of the players out offensively that player is expected to impact the game in other ways. Cooper just does not rely on the so called prospect to win games for them like a lot of other teams do. Good to see Jim that you and college coaches see other ways that kids impact games when the opposing team is taking them out offensively. Kunkel and Coach Sullivan realized what was going on and he impacted the game in so many other ways other than his point total. This TEAM does not care who the high scorer is each game. They just want to win!!!!!

Adam Kunkel does not get enough credit for how he plays defense. Everyone knows him by his offensive game, but he takes as much pride in his defense. Again, it doesn't matter how good you are on offense for the Jags, if you don't get after it on defense you will be sitting next to Coach Sullivan on the bench the entire game.

Good post VOR. It is the first game in this huge setting for these kids. Im sure they are really hyped and nervous this first game and getting used to the back drop and awe factor at playing in Rupp the first game. I think we will see a different Jags team tonight offensively. I guarantee every coach is just happy to get out with a win that first game. Remember these kids don't even get a shoot around at Rupp before they play which I believe plays a huge part in the first round shooting percentages of most of these teams.

I think overall the 16th region officials did a very good job.

Any team that is defensive oriented and gets after should never give up 46 points to any player in a high school game. My comments have nothing to do with Jake because I think he is one hell of a player.

I love Ohmers game, but Paris should be embarrassed giving up 46 point to him.

Lack of depth did not hurt CovCath. It was Coopers stifling defense that made the difference.
