I thought Cooper definitely lacked scoring options in the game after Kunkel and McNeil being out explains it @Realreason

Cooper will be right in the thick of things come March.

We got a little bonus coverage (announcers) at the end of the game and they cracked me up. The color guy knows basketball but beyond that he can't remember anything, hasn't seen anything, and certainly didn't do any prep work on KY High School Basketball as a whole.

 

Gary the play by play guy was in the dark about Cooper too.

 

And if you are reading this guys, Cooper is ranked ahead of Dunbar in Kentucky so one it wasn't an upset and two Cooper winning their first round game definitely wasn't a surprise.

Their lack of size will be a problem, that's for sure. Perimeter shooting is their strength. They have to be better at the free throw line as well.

Lucky for me they had bonus coverage, I think they said 5 misses in a row but either way yes a disaster when you are trying to Nurse a late lead.
