Wow, how did Scott only lose by 6 with those numbers. The gym was packed and was home court advantage for the Camels as it always is at the Middle School, even thou Scott was the Tourney Host. The Refs seemed to be having a bad all around night also. Good game by both teams but was not great as was expected. Scott was out rebounded by a ton. Scott had the bigger kids, but seems to never use the Big's together or even play all 4 at once for some reason. Two of the Big's are top 10 & 21 in the state in FG % and didn't score at all. The Hamilton kid from CC at the line was 13/13 for FT. I swear he should go into acting at UK for the best flopper ever, he's good at it and it works. Every time he drove to basket it seemed like was either a make or a called foul. Ward didn't score until 3rd Qtr. I also heard a few HC players were out late last night at/after Scott/Brossart game. Maybe the focus was not there for HC and looking ahead to next game.

Disappointing loss for the eagles, back and forth the whole game. Eagles lead early in the 4th qtr. But had too many turnovers in a row, forced errors. This type of effort will not beat Brossart next week.

Shocker there was no Dunks in this game.

Appears to be a double dribble on the dunk, but he's so fast and the ref's were behind him to see it, JMO.

Interesting thing I see is 2 of Scott's leading players did not even score, but focused on defense on Gabe and Travis. Outside of those 2 for SK, they don't have much Offense. Scott scorers came from 4 JR's and a Soph. But also 1/14 and 7.1% for SK from 3 is not gonna help either. Hey Sk Whaaat Happpppened? Defense was the key for Scott. 4-4 after 1st Qtr. Give some credit to Scott's Bigg's for containing the 7'3 Kid from SK. Yeah he got some easy dunks, but overall Scott played great defense on him on man to man and SK played Zone on Scott. Scott has had close games all year. Most games within a few points either way. Scott's record does not reflect the season they have had. Great win by the eagles.

Heard his wife is from the Owenton area and both are educators. Seems like a good dude so we will see. Really likes to promote his players for life, college, military. I feel if you wanna play right away and possibly move into Scott’s district this is the time to do it. He might attract some players.
