  1. Everytime I make rankings something happens to make me reconsider!!!
  2. Bracken will be hoping for the return of RB Nick Parker who was voted preseason district POY. It's no secret that the Polar Bears run the ball and Ludlow's DLine looked small. The problem is stoping Ludlow's offensive. Should be a close one
  3. Here's my new rankings after much thought and summer ball: 1. Campbell County 2. Montgomery County 3. Bracken County 4. Scott 5. Paris 6. Pendleton County 7. Mason County 8. Bourbon County 9. Harrison County 10. Clark County 11. Bishop Brossart 12. Nicholas County 13. Calvary Christian 14. Saint Patrick 15. Robertson County 16. Augusta 17. Silver Grove
  4. Ludlow won 26-4 last year. I look for it to be close game
  5. This may be a few of the real last rivalry games from Mason/Fleming. Not in the same district let alone region in basketball/baseball. Now they aren't even in the same football class and district. Enjoy it while you can.
  6. @Ram did not see this thread, http://bluegrasspreps.com/ky-football-high/bishop-brossart-vs-330394.html#post6000794 DELETE
  7. Always full a super athletic kids.
  8. Borssart returns one starter that scored a touchdown. (Chase Keller). He scored 1 and I believe is the QB this year
  9. Paris lost 12 seniors, Brossart lost 11, Bracken lost 3. Nicholas County is hands down the favorite. Also Nick Parker is preseason POY
  10. The Cats Pause has ranked the teams as follows: 1. Nicholas County 2. Bracken County 3. Paris 4. Bishop Brossart 5. Berea Please reply with your thoughts and reasoning
  11. Very good news to hear for Polar Bear fans, possible 10th Region Player of the Year!
  12. Heard Austin Crawford had knee surgery, will he be ready for the start of the season?
  13. This game should be played in the downtown gym
  14. Heard he is really enjoying his money a little too much.
  15. That double OT game last year was something else, Hinson's first year against his old team, both district contenders, Connor Maddox buzzer beater, 2016 district host gym, county bragging rights. Imagine how much more that game would have meant if it was a seeding game
  16. And also new state rule on how much room a person needs. It was something like each person got 16 inches of room now required 20. Not for sure on numbers
  17. 10th Region Class A Gyms: Saint Patrick- 450 Silver Grove- 450 Augusta- 500 Calvary Christian- 700 Bishop Brossart- 750 Paris- 2000 Nicholas County- 2500 Robertson County (On KHSAA website only has 1, not sure why) These all according to KHSAA, I would assume these are just approximate. I've seen way more than 2000 in the Igloo (2005 District Tournament)
  18. Can we just have one Bracken County girls basketball thread without Patrick Kelsch being brought up? Bracken went 18-10 without Kelsch Kelsch went 6-19 without Bracken Deron Ray has wanted this job for a long time, and he will keep the program successful and should stay for a while.
  19. Has coached middle school for 14 years. Coached at Scott County and somewhere else. Coached boys and girls basketball at Bracken County Middle School for 10 years. Graduated from Pendleton County and also served in the Air Force.
  20. Here's a fun thread, in your school's history, who do you think is the best team ever?
