  1. Another win for the Indians! Not as pretty of a game for them as Saturday night but a win none the less. More of the spread out scoring and more bodies scoring period. Up next Newport wed night.
  2. This should have been a 20 point victory for HC after the first half. Beechwood played better, HC went back to their normal ways. Hopefully the cross can win again to make the regionals. Good luck boys
  3. As I mentioned in the update thread and anyone who understands basketball will agree with, much better off when scoring is spread out. Also first half almost all of HC's points came from close to the basket, Something that normally doesn't happen. Take notice coach, your team is way better off when they drive the basket and quit jacking up the three ball all the time! Second half HC started playing like they normally do, along with letting up, almost cost them the game.
  4. Amazing how well diving to the basket works! Almost all of HC's points in the first half are inside.
  5. Any team will benefit from scoring spread out. Look at HC's wins and losses and you'll see what I'm talking about. And some of the most important players don't score much but do other things that really help the team. Congrats boys, keep playing hard.
  6. I don't beleive having Barnes or Williams would have changed this outcome. Meinze and Houston both did a great job gaurding Dixie's big man. But when Houston had to gaurd him and Meinze sat, that's when Dixie seemed to pull away a little. IMO they both needed to be on the floor at same time. Subs toward end of first half cost HC 4 pts real fast. Keep doing the same thing coach, it's worked great so far.
  7. Guess nobody has that info for you #99. But one stat we all know doesn't need to be posted.
  8. From the Finn center last night. Could someone please post stats?
  9. I do like your commentary and play by play on stuff lawnboy 13. I'm just saying and repeating what everyone knows is true. But it's pretty obvious that some things will never change.
  10. He does not need to be a police officer. He instigated the trouble from the beginning. He also arrested people for no reason. In this case I'm glad the mother filed a suit. He should be fired no doubt about it.
  11. Can they beat them? Absolutely. Will they beat them? Whole different question...., Depends on how they are coached.......... Quit trying to play perimeter ball and play what your best players are best at..... Well you all know the rest!
  12. HC at 5 and 14 now with 2 wins in a row. Things looking up maybe?
  13. More talent than their record indicates. Best statement I've heard yet about this team. Have to totally agree with the rest written here also..
  14. Correct. You'd think with only that many wins I could count correctly. Lol maybe just wishful thinking.
  15. Congratulations to the Indians. 5 now. Make it 6 Tuesday!
  16. As much of a UK fan as I am, and hate to see them lose to a team they should beat any time, I don't worry or lose sleep over this. Unlike a lot of people in the bluegrass state where we need to issue a statewide suicide watch every time a Cat's loss happens. Lol
  17. Everyone saying scores in the high 70's and 80's. I'm going with UK over KU, 67-64
  18. Thank you B -Ball fan. Just knowing the two teams , this is what I predicted. I Could have been way wrong, glad I got this one right. Lol.
  19. Good defense leads to less shots. Period. the shooting percentage is good, and that's great both teams able to do that. But that's an awful lot of shots.....
  20. Good game, good crowd. Had to sit up high bottom was sold out.... Yet I saw hundred seats unused. Must have sold them, people just didn't show. Best crowd I have witnessed for reg season men's game at the arena.
  21. Ride on, shoot to thrill, have a drink on me. Then again they are my all-time favorite, so my list goes about 30 deep...
