Last weeks rankings show Scott ranked 8th in NKY over NCC (lost to Scott 8-7) and Lloyd who lost to Scott in a scrimmage as well as lost to NCC.. So in what way is Scott overrated?

Holmes' defensive unit may be good but no way the final score will be a goose egg for the Eagles. I would expect a 40 to 46 score before a shutout. Eagles use the four headed backfield to control the game and the clock. Scott 42 Holmes 21

If Bourbon was to win tonight then lose to Harrison County next and Scott beats Holmes next week, there will be a 3 way tie with Harrison County,Bourbon County, and Scott all at 3-1 in the district.

The last time i saw Bourbon County play it was against Scott in the playoffs (2003 or 2004?). So going by they Mason County score from both teams ill go with Scott by two tds.

I have no idea if this is true, but i was told that Scott High School got its colors (Blue and Gray) by combining the colors of the two existing schools in the county, Simon Kenton (blue) and Dixie (gray). No idea where the eagle came from.

Eagles dominated the entire game. Running clock put on with 9 minutes to go in the second quarter (36-0). Over 400 yards of offense for Scott. I think Scott had 10 different guys run the ball.

i understand why it is so hard for you to "SEE" this but that because you are looking at two programs and not the two teams this year. I agree Scott wouldn't do any better against the birds schedule. Head to head though neither you, nor i know what would happen. Going on what i have seen and read this season Highlands should not be ranked fifth. They may be the second or third best team in NKY. PROVE IT instead of assuming oh they're Highlands so they will beat Scott(or any other school ranked below them).

As stated before i have not seen Highlands play this year. So yes i am judging off of results, how else could one judge a team they have not seen play? You also put that I said many other teams WOULD beat Highlands. FALSE if you read what i posted you can clearly see that it says many teams COULD beat Highlands. What is so far fetched that conner, ncc, beachwood or scott could beat highlands? I agree those teams would have 1 or 0 wins with highlands schedule, but they also wouldnt be ranked in the top 5. Once again no disrespect to the birds but i dont think they deserve to be ranked fifth.

Highlands has won one game against a team has not won a game. Tough schedule, but still getting outscored 235-112 this season. IMO there are many teams that could beat Highlands on any given Friday this season. Much respect for the Birds, but I think past state titles have a lot to do with where they are ranked right now.

All of them maybe who knows? Highlands is still a good team and may run the table and win a state title i don't really know. i just think if you are 1-5 and didn't score a touchdown last week you shouldn't be a top 5 team.
