I have been saying this for awhile now, but I will say it again..Graves County has potential to shake it up once again this year..they are beginning to come together at the right time..freshman qb who ranks 3rd in 5a in passing at 1195 total yards.171 per game..a RB who ranks 3rd in 5a in scoring.114 total.16.3 points per game..and a wide receiver who is 4th in 5a with 545 receiving yards.78 per game..hoping to beat Christian County friday night then set up the district championship at graves against owensboro..it that works our way then the road to bowling Green will be won from eagle field!!

Well, I personally believe Owensboro will give graves a fit..graves is big and strong in the trenches but absolutely lack a pass defense..running the ball, Owensboro will have average success..if they come out throwing then graves could be in a heap of trouble.graves has a freshman qb that has thrown many interceptions, but as been amazing at times..if going with my gut, and sense it's a home game.im going graves with the upset over Owensboro 28-24, giving graves the district title and home field advantage in the playoffs..jmo..

No, I don't think a neutral field should be utilized..regardless of where it's at or who u play, u can't be the man until u beat the man..

Mccracken is a very good team, but I do not feel their championship bound just yet..still tinkering with the fact that I personally don't think they can compete with the big boys of 6A..jmo

I know that I probably will get a few laughs outta this post, but I feel Graves County is starting to get things figured out with their team..I'm not saying their championship material as of yet...but I will say they have the possibility to surprise a few..just hope they continue to improve!

My view for the game last night...murray dominated mayfield in every aspect of the first half..the hornbuckle kid is as good as advertised..now, something I have wondered all season is why mayfield will only use one rb in the backfield(usually positioned to the left of the qb??..would seem to me that they can be most effective with a double back set..rotating carries between Tyler,bright, & whoever else..just do not feel the offense is being utilized to its capacity..sense Steven hatchell left mayfield, I personally feel the offense has been under-acheiving..jmo tho..

Ok folks, here's my prediction for this game..while many people seem to think murray deserves there ranking I personally believe their overrated..i look for the Tigers of murray to come ready to play using a ground and pound clock controlling offense, but I don't see that being a success for them considering mayfield defensive style.i do look for murray to stack the box, forcing mayfield to throw the ball, which isn't necessarily a problem, considering Murray's lack of pass defense..so, I look for mayfield to roll in this one 48- 12
