Keely Morrow. I had heard rumors from a friend from the 13th district but wasn't sure if she really transferred or not. If she did, then yes she will be their best player. Great talent.

If he does he will be a bench player. He's very overrated judging by the times that I have seen him play. I didn't even think he was the best player on UHA last year.

My point is he isn't good enough to justify uprooting and moving off to South Carolina. Eli Wright and Trace Young I understand but his move doesn't make much sense.

Ben Moss is not prep school good. I've seen him play several times and I think he is NAIA at best. I'm really shocked that he has gotten NCAA Division 1 attention.

Legal guarding position on block/charge calls is missed almost as much as the verticality rule. Referees have a tough job and I don't want it, but those two calls need to be handled better.

Judging by some of your posts you are obviously a Hoptown homer. Everyone tries to jump the gun based on summer ball when it actually provides very little insight to how good a team will be that year. Since you are a Hoptown guy how do you know for sure that Apollo had all of their players? Very rarely do you see a team play with every key player in the summer. Apollo may very well be overrated but I wouldn't use summer ball as my justification. As far as new improved Hoptown I wouldn't be surprised if Hoptown is the second best team in Hopkinsville this year. If Christian County really got Sebree they may have moved ahead of them.

I understand why Eli Wright would consider prep school to get better exposure and face better competition every practice and game. It is just sad that Apollo is a serious contender for the state championship (if they can keep it together in the postseason) and may fall out of being a favorite for the 3rd region because of a transfer. That roster has some serious talent and a lot of people statewide don't know that 2015 state champion Owensboro lost the district championship to Apollo.

My source said that he was taking time off from coaching. If he took another job maybe it was to be a principal or assistant principal. I didn't get that detail. All I heard was that he had resigned.
