Wow, that’s shocking and sad…... I remember seeing him around the gyms all the time when our daughters played HS basketball at the same time (different teams). He was always so friendly and energized, ready to talk girls’ hoops! Prayers to the Cheeseman family and to the Ryle community!! :cry:

I have a PBR question.... How do you interpret the ranking section on a players card? For example, if it says “State” 24 Rank / 3 POS. What does that mean….

Just finished 2 cups of coffee…. now making chocolate chip cookies, enjoying nonsense TV and talking about life with one of the college kiddos. At some point laundry, grocery, cook something fun for dinner, find the middle schoolers back pack and wash it and make sure we’ve got all the school supplies. And later, later, see Suicide Squad and out for a drink with Mr. PV.

Wow you morning people LOL…. Everyone just getting up…. Then off to Louisville to move the college kiddo into the new dorm room and then dinner/visit with mom and dad. Love these kind of Saturdays!

I’m so very sorry to hear of this. I’m sure you made more of a positive impact on this kid than you’ll ever know. Taking the time to talk and listen to children/teens is one of the best investments we can make, most importantly because it reaffirms their precious value. I had (still have) tickets for the Wed. Mar. 4 games (CCH/Newport & St. Henry/Cooper) games at BOKC. Anyone know if the tix will work for today?

Can someone provide today's results when available? Which teams qualified for State, in each class? Will this weather affect the results? Serious kudos to the runners (and coaches, parents, etc.) that are out there this morning - wow.

To be clear, you Hellbird, did not call a kid names. The genesis for my post #32, which you referenced in post #69, was in response to someone who did.

Hellbird… it’s never ok for adults to name call HS kids on a public forum. It’s inexcusable. The offending comment was quickly (and appropriately) erased by the mods. Calling a kid names only serves to make YOU look like a (sore) loser... and that my friend is very sad.

So it's not just his response to the CCH crazies, You lost, it’s over, you can’t change anything by riding this kid. It’s time to move along with your life.
