  1. Every teacher is concerned about tenure.
  2. We all know what that means.
  3. Players quitting in the middle of the year.
  4. My experience has taught me that when people are afraid to be specific, it usually means they are embarrassed because, deep inside, they know that nothing too terrible was going on in the first place.
  5. If they want to go in a new direction, does it make sense to hire someone that was part of the old direction?
  6. Local churches are usually open to stuff like this.
  7. LinkNKY reports that Dan Trame has resigned.
  8. Stamm is kind of an old school guy, I doubt they would like him. They need to find a sweet, nice person, who never raises their voice. I may tell my lebanese grandmother to apply.
  9. Who is she?

This lady at work just asked me this question. If Tony Delk got his jersey number retired(00) how come Otega got to wear it?
  11. I also think schools are less willing to allow their coaching staffs to take off school in order to go to the tournament.
  12. You don’t change the entire format of the Sweet 16 just because the rules did not favor the Blue Colonels in 2026. I’m sure there have been other years when two of best teams played each other on Wednesday or Thursday. Surprising when you look at the original poll from a few days ago, that 70% of the votes cast had Cov Cath winning.
  13. Good job St. X. I wasn't there but sounds like an electric atmosphere!
  14. Lol... I seriously doubt they care what I think. I am not a very important person.
  15. The fact that it is not, makes me think they are zeroing in on someone specific.
  16. Based on what I am hearing and that no one is being specific, I am starting to wonder if Mr. Wilson or Mr. Borchers are really the problem. It was a parent who threw a towel on the floor during the Boy's 9th region championship, a parent who ranted on facebook for about a half hour about the football coach, and parents trying to get the girl's basketball coaching staff fired.
  17. Respectfully, if you really don't see the relevance of my example, then... well... I wouldn't approach the school administration. They may roll their eyes.
  18. So if I don't like my son's math teacher, I can go to the principal and say that he needs to be fired and the principal should care what I say? Keep in mind, I've never sat in his math class, I am just looking at his grade and hearing his opinion. I doubt most dads sit in practice. They just watch the games and hear their daughter's opinion. Parents do have representation on SBDM Council, so run for SBDM or contact your rep.
  19. Any Kelch’s still around?
  20. If you told me that, which you did not, I would still root for X.
  21. Lol…. for anybody else, well almost anybody, that would be true.
  22. Seems to be a lot of talk state wide about allowing homeschooled kids to play team sports for whatever high school their house is districted to. I think I am against this. KHSAA has academic requirements, there are school attendance requirements, and there are, I think, drug testing requirements. Are any of you hearing any chatter about this?
  23. If I were the AD or principal, I would sign re-sign the coaches right now. People who are not in the building should have no say on who is hired within the building.
