Highlands will have trouble stopping Ryle. If they can have some success with that they can win but if not it could be a rough night.

Beechwood and New Cath would love to be on the Birds schedule this year. Been a long time that I thought they would have a legit shot at winning.

It will be hard to get a win for the Birds tonight on the road. I don't think it defines there season but they need to play well and win or keep it close and I think they will be fine but if they get beat soundly its not going to be a good sign.

It went pretty good considering freshman football game was going on at the same time but overall it went pretty well.

I dont have a problem with who got coach of the year. You could argue Perkins from Holmes as well but the coaches vote and coach Richey is well deserving of this award.

The win just validates how good the 9th region was this year....maybe the best. Holy Cross, Holmes, Highlands, and NCC. I will take these 4 over the 4 any other region can offer. JMO...congrats to Holy Cross.
