Lucky Jackson is a Junior. I agree though, that Lafayette is one of the 10 best teams in the state. I haven't seen every other team, but I have seen Lafayette, and they are going to be a good, good team. This might be their year.

Lafayette beats Gonzaga out of Washington DC, in the opening night of Gonzaga's "DC Classic". Jackson Davis had 24 points, 14 rebounds, and 5 blocks. Harrison Lane had 14 and Lance Blakley has 10 per Twitter. Other teams in the tournament include Archbishop Molloy out of NY-Alumni include Kenny Smith, Kenny Anderson, and Russ Smith (and Ray Romano); and Mount Saint Joseph out of Baltimore. They are lead by Sr. Phil Booth who is ranked in the top 100 by ESPN and is committed to Villanova. I definitely think this sounds like a quality holiday tournament and it will give the Generals some good experience.

This is somewhat of a shocker. Don't know a ton on Henderson, but would have to think this is an upset. Box Score?

I know he was a Michigan fan growing up, but not keeping someone ranked as high as Harris in-state is going to hurt as a fan.

No key players. Keith Guy and Clay McKee played last year, but I wouldn't look for them to do too much if they play this season

I haven't seen either team yet in any setting, but on paper Cordia. Lexington Catholic looks like a 2 man show and doesn't have much length. I know Malik Hines won't be playing, but they are still the longer team. Cordia will just have to much firepower to overcome. Cordia by 10

Jackson Davis has had a heck of a career. He's been playing Varsity since 7th grade, and has been a captain since he was a Freshman. He will be the best player to ever come out of Lafayette, and thats saying a lot for a school that has 6 state championships, 3 previous Mr. Basketball's, and 3 future NBA players (that I can think of). That being said if Quentin Snider does as expected and his team also does as expected, it would be hard not to give it to Snider.

Lafayette ATH Kylan Nelson committed to Ohio. Not sure on what offers he had. Scott County WR/DB Scott Daniel is committed to EKU, I know he had an offer from Wofford, but outside of that not sure what else he had.

No difference makers. There might be a few football players that play JV and dress Varsity for basketball.
