Emmitt Smith from Warren Central is the #14 overall ILB in the class but is not in the top 250.

 

Sindelar is the #20 dropback QB but is not in the top 250.

I could see Sindelar moving up if he has a good summer of camps!

Could be. My understanding is he plans on committing this winter. UK seems to be in good shape for him.

Why wouldn't he be at CC?

I know he was a Michigan fan growing up, but not keeping someone ranked as high as Harris in-state is going to hurt as a fan.
