On a side note Christian County Jr WR Keyron Catlett became the schools all time leading receiver with 2,217 career yards and is 9 catches shy breaking most career receptions.

Very impressive win for Caldwell. Coach Barnes and his staff are coaching their kids up. I think this team might be better than last year squad due to improvement on the defensive side of the ball. Good luck next week.

Card your going to get people disliking us if you don't tone it down some. Glad there is county fan on here and like your euthansism but let's take little steps at time. Hoptown played hard and Johnson is something else. Their defense wheels and deals and is very good against the run. Great atmosphere probably the best in many years. I do feel if County keeps improving they can play with the big boys in 5A. County is still very young and only play about 4/5 seniors meaningful minutes. The BG showed we still got a long ways to go. Lost in the score was Christian was sble to get 18 first downs against BG but turnovers killed several good drives. Playing in the sun and having 8/9 guys both ways took its toll on County. Again hats off to the Tigers for playing hardy and making plays. Think Hoptown will finish 9-1 and will b a tuff out in 4A. Good luck to both teams!

Cleveland Browns head coach was a high school coach not long ago. Rembered watching a documentary on him coaching against his dad for the first time. It can happen with some luck. I Had the pleasure of talking to Lou Holts one time and he told me that the higher you get up in football the less coaching you see. America best coaches are at the high school level. I kind of believe some of that with the ball being in the wrong hand with RB's and false stepping by receivers but their so good it doesn't matter.

I don't think christian should have lost to Caldwell. County miss a field goal and a extra point due to the fact that had to use a 3rd string snapper in the 4th quarter. County was averaging around 7 yards a carry that game and their best back Kenner did not play the 4th quarter but still had over 100 yards. But I did tell folks don't think they will lose again until they play PT. Now I think they might beat em.

I believe Louisville Cardinal is really a Hoptown fan trying to get Bullitt board material for the tigers. This game is a coin toss. The team that makes fewer mistakes and makes plays will win.
