Breaking This just in... a very good Boone County player is rumored to be going to the NDA/HHS game tomorrow wearing NDA gear. What could this mean?

That's great and yes that is what I thought about when posting this!

I thought this was a good place to put a brief text converstation I had with a coach that lost in the region tonight. They said "I can't wait for the offseason", I replied "I bet" thinking they were ready for a break and they replied "No I mean ready for summer workouts, fall/winter strength and condititoning" Love it!!

My daughter had enough for the whole tri state, happens she will do great.

Can I get your old gear? Or is it that you may need that old gear!

She made a good effort, it happens. I can tell you the official scorer gave her an error and so did the writer in the booth.

So I am I being recruited for my softball skills or drinking skills. I can tell you for sure I am better at drinking.

I had a very good source (I always wanted to say that!) confirm to me that there will be a big name softball player changing schools. I can not release any other details at this time but I will say the rich get richer!!

Flip a coin, I was more impressed with Sims speed and movement the other day than I have been with any other pitcher I have seen in NKY this year. If she is on like that it should be a good on, but it is hard to bet against Haylee and NDA. Lets hope there is a better ump doing the plate than there was for the NDA and Boone game tonight. He was bad early and seemed to finish a little better but I had no clue what was going to be called a ball or stike. If these two teams play I would take NDA.

Congrats to Boone County on a great year, they were one hit or one play away from winning this game. Knowing Coach P a little I am sure he doesn't want anyone to feel sorry for them but to be in that district and not making the tourney then when they do play a great game in the opening round against the favorite and coming up just short sucks. Dallis was very good, through 4 I think she had only thrown 33 pitches and was perfect. She did what she could do to keep her team in the game. NDA did what they had to do to win. They seemed really flat until they got that first run then it was game on. Congrats to both teams.

Conner easy if they don't let Dixie hang around, if they do Dixie can pull of the upset. NDA and HHS could be a good one, teams are pretty close talent wise can HHS get enough hits on Smith to pull of the upset. I am taking NDA.

I didn't really see the interference, (not that it didn't happen just didn't see it) but even if it didn't hit her glove which I am sure it did still an error. It was two feet from her, was hit hard but not that hard.

He's reaching LB status of course sounds like everyone got this one wrong.

Congrats to GC, hate to see you guys go down, sure they have a great chance at getting back again next year.

I agree the field is fine...and yes most errors where throwing caused by balls not being fielded cleanly...if it sounds like I was trying to make an excuse as that's the reason HC lost that was truly not my intent... With that being said I still think the region should be played at NKU but seeing H C was the host I would have loved to have the games at their home field and not bc of any home field advantage bc I don't think we could have beat Sims anywhere last night....its just a better place to watch a game and their surface isnt any better or worse...parking and restrooms could have been a problem but any one that walk by Nku last night smelled their problems with the restrooms.

I know this sounds like a stupid dad comment but maddy probably has more errors there in 2 games this year than she has had in her last 50 plus games.. Not sure if it has anything to do with the field or no one would sell me that lawnboy away spray bc you guessed it he was at both games!!! Love me some Lawnboy!!
