Big picture… Success or lack of success in sports by your kids does not indicate what kind of parent you are… But having an athlete that is coachable, respectful, a great teammate, mentally tough, resilient and who tries their best is a direct reflection of your parenting.

This should be posted on the fence at every game facing the stands!!

I thought this was a good place to put a brief text converstation I had with a coach that lost in the region tonight.

 

They said "I can't wait for the offseason", I replied "I bet" thinking they were ready for a break and they replied "No I mean ready for summer workouts, fall/winter strength and condititoning" Love it!!
