WKU was 9-21 in the 2011-12 season and last season coming off of a 22-11 turn around. WKU seems to making some big moves. Really CNGRATS to all those concerned!

  8. Well didn't know that there was only one place to find "the AAU rankings", even though rankings are only an opinion... The OPINION I'm speaking of would be Kenny Kallina's top 100 clubs mid-season rankings. Rankings are based on how the clubs did in the month of July. I'd say it is a national ranking bc the clubs are from all over the nation. As for the Kentucky Premier not playing in a national championship, 17U Parmley is at the NIKE/USJN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP in Washington D.C.
  9. Just read that the Kentucky Premier was ranked the no.12 AAU club in the nation. Congratulations!!! Also read that their 17U Parmley squad was playing in the NIKE national championship in D.C., does anyone know how they are doing?
  10. Looking forward to seeing Coach Covington move Central from the last two teams in the 17th to the top two... They should give North Hardin and John Hardin a couple nice test this year. These young ladies have kicked it up a notch on defense. I also noticed that they may still be a little unsure on their shot selection. Most of all though they are believing in their coach. Good Luck to them this year!!!
  11. Congratulations Sweets, this is well deserved. Also congrats to the Elizabethtown staff, Kentucky Premier program (Go Green), and most of all her family!!! Great kid!!! Good luck this year, and I'm sure there will be plenty more offers to come your way.
  12. Thanks for the info!!! :thumb:
  13. When is this camp?, what are the age groups?, how can kids be signed up?
  14. Thought of something... Wasn't Amobi Oklye 16yo in his Soph year at UL? Now do the math...
  15. Central Hardin zachary Ditto, MONSTER BAT!!! DREW HARRINGTON, SOUTH PAW HEAT!!! 5th region will giving the state hell!!!
  16. No way Milby takes that job. Plus rumor has it that A.Epps in getting the Marion job.... Don't know how that's gonna work either...
  17. Really nice!!! Congrats!!! The only state champs out if the fifth... Maroons boys 1993 Etowns girls 1998 Etowns boys 2000 Marions girls 2013 And IMO Marions girls should have three (3) in a row.
  18. Not out of the FIFTH!!! LOL!!!
  19. Care to explain? Two of what?
  20. ETOWN!!!, D.HUFF!!! E.BOLEY!!! R.WARDEN!!! O.BOWLING!!! R.CLEAVER!!!(SWEETS) T.THOMAS!!! and lone senior K.MUDD!!! Town is losing one starting Sr. and one Sr. Odd the bench that had good min. The group above has been playing together a long time and has also already won a jr high state championship... minus Mudd. Timing will be the key, but the defense will be "NICE" I'm sure.
  21. No it is not out of the question, neither is 2000 rebs or 1000 asst.,she is the truth!!! I'm talking about on another post where the question was about playing "UP" and being aloud to play "DOWN". She is a "BALLER" and developed from being able to compete at an early age with a "GREAT COACHING STAFF", that's all. Right now her ppt is about 20, and by the time she is a Jr. i'll say she'll be around 30 ppt and could take miss basketball as a jr. If it were possible.
  22. Yes, she has a very strong offensive game... Her defense is not as strong as her "O" but again we are talking about a "FRESHMAN"!!! And even right now she is catching the eyes of major programs like Stanford, Notre Dame, Louisville, and Kentucky. She's got the heart of a "PANTHER", oh excuse me, "LION" to go along with her 6'1" 150lbs frame. Her mid-range jumper is always on... and of course every team player has a supporting cast, and hers would be 6'2" 170lbs Soph Reauna "Sweets" Cleaver, Frosh Rachel Warden 5''7", and Soph Darien "D" Huff 5'8". This core helped win the eight grade KBA state championship in 2011, and now they all play for Kentucky Premier, "GO GREEN"!!! So plan on seeing big things out of this group for the next few years. All very very talented. And yes we'll see ya Sunday, if they play to their potential and not intimidated by the power of the Lady Knights it will be a GREAT game. But hey, glad Erin is where she is! :) CONGRATS on your 1000th point!!!
